Terms and Conditions

• Anyone who does not follow the measures set out in the terms and conditions will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult during the entirety of their visit to The Look Out Discovery Centre.

• Check in will be conducted at reception so be prepared to queue outside.

• Late arrivals will be accepted but session times are non-extendable and non-transferable.

• All visitors including coaches must pay and display in the car park as usual, there is no car park discount offered on this booking.

• No food is allowed in the exhibition. Drinks with lids are permitted.

• Tickets are non-transferable between customers.

• Photography and filming are permitted but please note the following restrictions apply:

·       No picture taking or video recording whatsoever is to take place in the toilet areas.

·       Please restrict picture taking to your own group.

·       If you see any suspicious activity, please report this to a member of staff.

·       Please stop taking photographs if a member of public complains about a breach of their privacy.
