School/Group Reservations
School groups can use this portal to reserve their spaces for school trips to The Look Out Discovery Centre. The spaces will show as free tickets to reserve online but please be aware that once booked, you will be responsible for the ticket price payment through BACS or debit/credit card over the phone. The cost per child is £6.85. You will receive 1 free adult admission for every 4 Early Years Foundation Stage children, 1 free adult for every 6 KS1&2 children, or 1 free adult for every child requiring 1:1 support. Additional adults above these ratios are an additional charge of £11.10.
Once your provisional booking has been made through the portal, you will receive an email with details of your reservation. This is your reservation confirmation. Once our team have confirmed numbers, an amended version of this confirmation containing final costs due will be emailed to you.
Additional activities can be added to your trip at an additional cost per child, these include discovery shows/workshops, badge making, backpacks activity hire and explorer journal hire. More information about additional activities can be found on our website.
Full payment is required one month in advance of your visit, otherwise your booking may be cancelled. If a cancellation of any nature is made less than one month prior to the date of your visit, 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
